You’d be surprise that most executives don’t spend time on customer service. Customer service is  not about assisting those who have complains. It’s be about enhancing customers experiences so there are no complains . With out great customer service from a company, the competition has a chance to win a new client. There are many different ways to enhance customer service in your company.

Customers value the attention a company provides to them. That’s what helps their purchasing decision and builds a relationship. Keeping in touch with your customers is key to success. Make a system that works for your company. Maybe make it a point to contact them on the 1st and the 15th of every month, or start out with just the 1st, anything that will make your customers feel like they are valued and not forgotten. This also helps when something does go wrong. If your customers feel valued, they are more likely to forgive you and look past any inconvenience that may have been caused to them.
